Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

What does a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor do art Swire Coca-Cola?Responsible for counting and balancing warehouse full goods and dunnage inventories, reconciling discrepancies and managing the Waste and Break budget.

Job Details:Schedule: 4:00am- 12:30pm Mon- FriJob Level: 5Responsibilities:

Research and reconcile all inventory variances dailyMonitor and manage waste and break budgetApprove or deny product or monetary credits to customersEnsure FIFO process is being followed and that proper code date rotation is being followedEnsure on hand inventory levels are adequate for business demandsPerforms other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) required1+ years' experience supervising warehouse and/or inventory employees required2+ years warehouse and/or inventory experience requiredExperience with a Union CBA requiredProficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookKnowledge of SAPAbility to work independently and in groups.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlinesAbility to influence key stakeholders in different departments to achieve goalsMust have good communication skills (verbal and written)Strong Organizational skillsKnowledge of Inventory reconciliation policies and processKnowledge of Shipping and receiving SOP'sUnderstanding of transportation dynamicsUnderstanding of warehouse industry quality standards (holds and recalls)Knowledge and experience of working in a product supply environmentGeneral Math Skills
