Freight Breakers LLC is seeking reliable warehouse associates for shifts beginning Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Your work will help keep packages moving accurately and safely through loading, unloading, and staging operations.
What you’ll do
Hand-load packages from conveyors into trailers.
Stack boxes securely to maintain load stability and reduce damage.
Unload floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor systems.
Scan and sort packages into the correct cages or staging areas.
Move package cages to support the team’s workflow.
Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations.
What we’re looking for
Availability for all four scheduled overnight shifts.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and transportation.
Ability to repeatedly handle packages weighing 5–50 pounds.
Comfort with physically demanding work throughout the night.
A consistent work pace and attention to instructions.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Performance-based compensation
Earnings are based on trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings are $16–$25 per hour. High-performing team members may earn $25–$35 per hour. Actual earnings depend on productivity; $35 per hour is not guaranteed.
