Warehouse Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $100K–$120K

About the Role:This Warehouse Manager leads the warehouse team and owns day-to-day operations across receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory flow. The role holds employees accountable for attendance, productivity, and procedure, and keeps problem inventory from piling up. It also oversees domestic and international shipments and calls for an innovative thinker who brings AI solutions to streamline systems and follows every issue through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage, lead, and supervise the warehouse team
• Hold warehouse employees accountable for attendance, productivity, performance, and following procedures

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory flow
• Ensure inventory moves efficiently through the warehouse and issues are resolved quickly
• Maintain organized processes for damaged, returned, incomplete, or problem inventory

Shipping & Process Improvement

• Oversee domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation and tracking
• Identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse efficiency
• Bring innovative ideas and AI solutions to help streamline systems
• Maintain clear communication with office and management teams and follow issues through to resolution

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management experience
• Proven experience managing a team of warehouse employees
• Strong leadership and employee management skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
• Experience with inventory, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations
• Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and manage multiple moving parts
• Innovative mindset with the ability to bring AI solutions to help streamline systems
• International shipping/customs experience is a plus
