Position Overview:

Reimer Home Services is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in Clifton Park, NY. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Proficiency in using a computer and warehouse management software
