Pay Rate: $30.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description
ACS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for an opportunity in Commerce, California.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, proven leadership abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.
  • Coordinate workflow, staffing, and daily operational priorities.
  • Monitor productivity, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and overall performance.
  • Communicate with management regarding staffing, production goals, and operational needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse management experience required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish desired.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
