Fix-It 24/7 is looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Golden, Colorado.

This isn't your typical warehouse environment. Our warehouse directly supports busy residential HVAC, plumbing, and home service technicians in the field. We need someone who understands the importance of having the right parts, equipment, and materials available when our technicians need them.

The ideal candidate has previous experience managing a warehouse within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or residential home services industry and understands the fast-paced nature of supporting field operations.

Service Titan experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

• Manage inventory levels, organization, receiving, stocking, and distribution of parts and equipment.

• Ensure technicians have the correct materials and equipment needed to complete their jobs.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.

• Manage purchasing, replenishment, and inventory needs based on field demand.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify orders for accuracy.

• Coordinate parts, equipment, and materials for HVAC, plumbing, and other residential service departments.

• Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.

• Manage and develop warehouse team members.

• Work closely with Operations Managers, Service Managers, technicians, and other department leaders.

• Help manage returns, warranties, damaged materials, and vendor-related issues.

• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate information within company systems.

• Assist with fleet, tools, equipment, and technician inventory as needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, organization, and efficiency.

• Support the operation during high-volume periods and seasonal demand.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse management or leadership experience required.

• Experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or residential home services strongly preferred.

• Experience supporting field technicians or service operations is highly preferred.

• Service Titan experience preferred.

• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong computer and technology skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, managers, vendors, and leadership.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of warehouse operations.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials and equipment as needed.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Year-round position

• Weekend availability required

• Schedule may vary based on operational and seasonal needs.

Compensation

$65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience.
