We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and inventory management functions. This role is critical to ensuring installation teams have the products, equipment, and materials they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Warehouse Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, receiving and distribution activities, warehouse safety, project staging, purchasing, and facility operations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes. In this role, you will serve as the primary leader for our Warehouse team, reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager. You will oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, product staging, fleet coordination, and warehouse operations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all processes. A strong focus on operational excellence will be essential. You'll establish inventory controls, monitor key performance metrics, ensure timely product availability, and maintain compliance with company safety standards. You'll also play an active role in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing warehouse personnel to build a high-performing team.
