A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, improving processes, and ensuring all shipping and receiving activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in leading warehouse teams while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
• Coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished products
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Develop and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency
• Monitor warehouse safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Analyze warehouse performance and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience managing warehouse teams
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
