The bakery business is our passion, and this is your opportunity to be a member of our team.We are searching for a motivated & experienced Warehouse ManagerResponsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including managing stock levels, ensuring stock is stored, managed and that all inventories related to our ships are delivered, received and completed in a timely manner. Overseeing supply of the materials required to service production areas ensuring alignment with our On Time Performance and Ship schedules.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the site including maintenance, planning and scheduling.Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling discrepancies in accordance with company policies and procedures.Develops a Warehouse model and implement standard operating procedures.Accountable for the walk-in freezer, cooler and outside warehouse.Reviews daily production/transfer/inbound/outbound schedules to determine proper staffing and handling of workload in order to reduce downtime in production and minimize freezer bottlenecksEnsures stock control systems achieve production, safety and quality targets.Drives improvements in safety and warehousing productivity and efficiencies.Compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirementsEnsures accurate, complete and up to date information is recorded in the warehouse management system.Prepares reports for senior management updating business results and analysis of deviation.Ensures all equipment is in good working order; inspect warehouse, freezers and warehouse equipment for damage and ensure repairs are made.Ensures daily KPI's are tracked and Material Handling/Packing Productivity is updated accordingly.Attends company scheduled meetings when applicable (i.e., safety meetings, production meetings, department meetings.)Informs supervision of any problems or complications that may ariseParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as requiredWhat can Europastry offer to you?Competitive compensation package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & ADD, STD, LTD, 401K, FSA, and Paid Time OffOngoing opportunities for development and career advancementExciting fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.#EuroHigh #EuroUrgent
