Job Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing distribution operation in Raleigh who is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead its team and oversee daily warehouse activities. This is a great opportunity in a fast paced environment for an energetic leader who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations while improving efficiency and customer service. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates, drivers, etc.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and DOT requirements.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, fleet maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate with sales and customer service teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams through a hands-on management approach.
- Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems and standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and DOT compliance.
- Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
