We offer expert plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and indoor air quality services, delivering reliable workmanship and exceptional customer care on every job.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment. Manage and develop one direct-report warehouse employee while supporting field technicians and operational teams across three trades: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
- Utilize ServiceTitan’s replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure timely inventory replenishment, and support material availability across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical operations.
- Oversee and manage on-site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, ensuring accurate inventory levels, product availability, and vendor accountability.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors and suppliers to support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service needs.
- Monitor supplier-managed inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and coordinate timely ordering of materials to support field operations.
- Partner with vendors and the parts runner to coordinate inventory pickups, deliveries, and jobsite replenishment, ensuring technicians have the materials needed to complete work efficiently.
- Serve as a key operational support resource by proactively managing vendor inventory programs, resolving supply chain issues, and maintaining material availability for active jobs.
- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and field teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure materials are available to meet business demands.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the home services industry
- Proficiency in using ServiceTitan’s replenishment features preferred
- Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus potential for bonus)
