Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Material Handler to support order fulfillment and inventory management in our Dallas warehouse. This position involves picking, packing, and putting away inventory, ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing. The role requires efficient handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items according to order specifications using appropriate packing methods
• Pack products securely for shipment or storage, verifying accuracy
• Put away inventory in designated storage locations within the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified or required)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety procedures, especially when handling materials up to 40 lbs
• Verify picked and packed items against order documentation for accuracy
• Manage inventory movements within warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits as needed
• Ensure orders are processed promptly to meet shipping schedules
• Support team efforts to achieve warehouse productivity goals
• Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in order picking, packing, and inventory put-away
• Ability to safely handle materials up to 40 lbs
• Availability to work the B shift (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
• Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or related software
• Certification in forklift operation or safety training for material handling

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Pallet jacks and forklifts (if required or certified)
• Warehouse management system (WMS)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
