Material Handler (Non-Forklift)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our fast-paced warehouse team! In this role, you will manually move, organize, and track inventory. Please note: This position strictly does not involve forklift operation. Instead, you will use manual/electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts to supply production lines and prepare orders.
Core Responsibilities
- Material Movement: Transport raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Receiving & Unpacking: Unload incoming trucks, verify packing slips, and report damages.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pull items based on work orders. Pack, wrap, and label products securely.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and track records using handheld RF scanners.
- Line Replenishment: Keep production areas stocked with parts to prevent workflow delays.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean workspace by breaking down cardboard and disposing of scrap
Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with RF scanners and manual/electric pallet jacks is a major plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a great team attitude.
