Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for a busy distribution operation in Twinsburg.

If you've worked in a warehouse, distribution center, loading dock, or another physically demanding job, this could be a great opportunity to put that experience to work.

You'll load, unload, move, and organize products while helping keep warehouse orders moving efficiently.

Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift: $18.50 /hour

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: $20.00 /hour

• Sunday - Thursday
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Overtime may be required based on warehouse volume.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload products from trucks and warehouse areas
• Pick, move, and stock products throughout the facility
• Organize inventory and prepare orders for distribution
• Move and handle bulky products throughout the shift
• Use warehouse equipment as trained and assigned
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, material-handling, or similar physical work experience
• Ability to safely handle products weighing up to approximately 70 lbs.
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling bulky products repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Forklift, tow motor, or order picker experience is a plus, but not required for every assignment.

What to Expect

This is a physically demanding warehouse position, not a light packing job.

Most products weigh approximately 35 lbs., but some are significantly heavier. You'll spend much of your shift moving, loading, and organizing products.

Some assignments may involve operating warehouse equipment at elevated rack heights.
