Warehouse Materials Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Materials Analyst to improve material planning, inventory management, and material flow within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing and maintaining a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) system to ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, packaged, and replenished to support efficient production and warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain, inventory management, materials planning, or manufacturing operations, along with strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database, documenting storage locations, packaging requirements, labeling standards, and replenishment processes for materials.
Analyze material movement throughout warehouse and production areas to identify inefficiencies and improve workflow.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to establish consistent material handling and inventory management procedures.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including Kanban systems, point-of-use storage, 5S, and continuous improvement projects.
Analyze inventory data to improve stock accuracy, material availability, and warehouse space utilization.
Identify opportunities to reduce material waste, streamline replenishment, and improve operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain standardized processes for material storage, tracking, and movement.
Use inventory management systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience using inventory management systems, material planning tools, or data tracking platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage detailed datasets and translate information into process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Permanent authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Preferred:
Experience developing or maintaining PFEP databases or similar material planning systems.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including Kanban, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, or high-volume production environments.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
