Warehouse Materials CoordinatorLocation: Charleston, WV
Type: Contract + full benefits
Pay: $25/hr
Responsibilities- Support warehouse operations, including inventory storage, materials management, shipping, receiving, and space utilization.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and shipping activities.
- Verify vendor shipments against purchase orders (POs), resolve discrepancies, and complete inventory transactions and reconciliations in SAP.
- Monitor stocking levels, identify obsolete or excess materials, and recommend minimum/maximum inventory adjustments.
- Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics teams on material availability, deliveries, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain warehouse organization, follow safety procedures, and support inventory controls.
Qualifications- Experience in warehouse operations, materials management, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or industrial logistics.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, utilities, pipeline operations, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar material-handling equipment.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP/inventory management systems preferred.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and warehouse procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
