Warehouse Operations Associate

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for our client in Burlington. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and long-term employment potential.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recent forklift and order-pulling experience, a strong attendance record, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with minimal supervision.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Starting Pay: $19/hr.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Pull and prepare customer orders using forklifts and motorized pallet jacks.
• Use RF scanners and pick slips to accurately locate and pull orders.
• Stage pallets and prepare shipments for loading.
• Safely load and unload trailers.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify product quality and quantities.
• Replenish warehouse inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
• Perform cycle counts, with an emphasis on high-volume inventory.
• Enter and maintain accurate material transactions in the warehouse computer system.
• Follow electronic work instructions, RF scanner directions, and pick slips.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of recent forklift experience.
• Previous order-pulling or shipping/receiving experience.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
• Experience with inventory cycle counting is a plus.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work additional hours when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
