A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Operator in Broken Bow, Nebraska. This position supports a Fortune 500 company and offers career growth potential. This is an onsite opportunity for candidates with warehouse and forklift experience.
Warehouse Operations Compensation
Pay Rate: $24.69 per hour, including shift differential
Schedule: Red Nights — 4 days on / 4 days off, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Location: Onsite in Broken Bow, Nebraska
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Experience: At least 6 months of sit-down forklift experience required
Position Highlights
Work a consistent 12-hour overnight schedule with four days on and four days off.
Gain experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and material handling.
Work in a production environment supporting material movement and inventory accuracy.
Steel-toed shoes are required.
Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Verify shipment counts, packing lists, freight bills, and delivery information.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and discrepancies.
- Assign and maintain appropriate inventory and stock locations.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Inspect labels, pallet tracers, and shipment documentation.
- Move trailers using a shag truck as needed.
- Support material flow to and from sterilization operations.
- Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP), safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 6 months of sit-down forklift experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
- Ability to work the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule, including weekends as scheduled.
- Ability to perform warehouse, loading, unloading, and material-handling duties.
- Steel-toed shoes.
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and a 10-panel drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with inventory counts and shipment documentation.
- Shag truck or yard truck experience.
- CDL preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
