Warehouse Operations Operator 1

Warehouse Operator responsible for maintaining accurate records of raw materials and finished goods, supporting Manufacturing and Quality departments through transaction tracking and cycle counts. Location: Four Oaks, NC. Climate-controlled environment.

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming/outgoing material transactions (receiving, shipping, transferring, counting)
• Generate reports from the ERP system as needed
• Reconcile discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and physical counts
• Conduct periodic cycle counts to ensure system integrity
• Investigate anomalies found during daily activities or cycle counts
• Coordinate destruction of obsolete, excess, or unusable materials as directed

• 0 - 5 years overall
• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required
• Previous inventory clerk experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read/write English language documentation
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
