Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused
Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for moving, storing, receiving, shipping, and maintaining inventory of materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating material-handling equipment.
Responsibilities:- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse/material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and process inbound shipments.
- Assist with outbound shipments and ensure materials are properly prepared for delivery.
- Move and organize materials within designated warehouse and storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory-related activities.
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse operating practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred; forklift certification may be required.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and move materials.
- Ability to accurately pull, receive, store, and organize materials.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies.
