Warehouse Order Picker & Fulfillment Associate (2nd Shift).

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Order Picker & Fulfillment Associates. In this position, you'll be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, verifying product quality, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Fulfillment:
- Accurately locate and pick products throughout the warehouse using pick lists or handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities, conditions, and accuracy before orders are packed or shipped.
- Prepare completed orders for the next stage of fulfillment.
Warehouse Support:
Employees hired for either the Picker or Quality Control (QC) position will receive training in both areas. Depending on operational needs, employees may be assigned responsibilities in picking, quality control, packing, and shipping.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and condition before shipment.
- Verify orders meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Identify and promptly report damaged products, discrepancies, or other issues.
- Follow established quality-control procedures and warehouse safety guidelines.
Packing & Shipping Responsibilities:
- Carefully pack products to help prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare shipments and print shipping labels using warehouse computer systems.
- Organize completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain accuracy while working toward daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Cross-Training Expectations:
Regardless of whether an employee is initially hired as a Picker or QC Associate, cross-training in both positions is required. Employees are expected to learn and perform duties across picking, quality control, packing, and shipping as needed to support daily warehouse operations.
Safety & Quality:
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and work instructions.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Schedule:
2nd Shift:
- Monday – Friday.
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
