Warehouse Order Picker

Job Summary

Schedule: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am (Monday- Thursday)Hourly Pay Rate: $15.50 + Shift Differential

The 2nd Shift Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders in a high-volume distribution environment while meeting established productivity, quality, and safety standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Use a handheld scanner to identify order requirements and locate products.Accurately select and retrieve products from warehouse inventory locations.Pack customer orders into appropriate shipping containers to ensure safe delivery.Meet or exceed daily productivity goals, including required lines picked per hour.Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality when picking and packing orders.Utilize equipment, materials, and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and support operational goals.Troubleshoot basic operational issues and escalate more complex concerns to management as needed.Follow established operating procedures and maintain knowledge of company products and processes.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.Support team objectives and contribute to a positive, efficient warehouse operation.
