Shift: Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 05:30 PM) Job Summary

Responsible for fulfilling customer gift card orders, including order selection, card counting, data entry, and shipping preparation using the proprietary TNT ordering system. Onsite role requiring 5 days/week attendance. Hours: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM (flexible, based on demand); hours cannot be guaranteed daily (may range from 4 8 hours) as workload depends on order volume, with the on-site manager planning the schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn to access, select, and fulfill orders in queue
• Enter gift card number ranges and UPS tracking numbers into the system
• Learn to create shipping labels and ship packages via the UPS website
• Count gift cards with zero error rate
• Maintain a fulfillment rate averaging at least 5 orders per hour
• Hold proprietary gift card information confidential
• Maintain a clean workspace (clear desk policy between orders)
• Restock consumables at end of day (gift card inventory, carriers, envelopes, boxes, labels, printer paper)

Experience

• Open orders, review requirements, count appropriate gift cards, enter card data into the system
• Prepare gift cards for shipping, prepare shipping labels, and place packages on cart for shipping

Key Skills

• Dexterity, accuracy, dependability, and quickness
• Gift card counting with zero error rate
• General computer knowledge, keyboarding, and internet proficiency
• Outlook/email familiarity
• Willingness to learn the proprietary TNT gift card ordering system
• Experience handling cards (e.g., card games) a plus

Eligibility & Qualifications

• High school diploma/graduate required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to perform considerable aerobic movement (bending, moving, picking up/putting down packages)
• Casual work attire appropriate for bending, lifting, and carrying boxes
