Schedule Set at Time of Hire
 
Shift: 1:00 PM - Finish
 
Pay: $X.XX Per Hour | Paid Weekly
 
Warehouse Pallet Wrapper Opportunity
 
Capstone Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pallet Wrappers to join our warehouse team in Norcross, GA. This role plays a critical part in preparing outbound freight for shipment by ensuring pallets are securely wrapped, stable, and ready for transportation. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
 
What You'll Do
 
• Wrap completed pallets using stretch wrap machines and/or manual wrapping methods
• Inspect pallets to ensure loads are stable, secure, and shipment-ready
• Label, organize, and stage pallets for outbound shipping
• Assist with pallet building and freight preparation as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Support additional warehouse functions as assigned by site leadership
 
What We're Looking For
 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse, pallet wrapping, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
