Warehouse Picker & Forklift Operator

Location: Elizabeth, NJ – Full-time, In-Office/On-Site
Salary: $16.00 per hour + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Warehouse Picker who takes pride in accuracy and thrives on the responsibility of getting orders out right the first time. If you are someone who doesn’t assume a pallet is correct without verifying—you are exactly who we need.
This is a high-standard, professional warehouse environment. We offer a stable 8-5 schedule with overtime available for those who are motivated to work more and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pulling items for orders based on pick sheets with 100%
precision.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operating a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve heavy inventory.
• Inventory Integrity: Verifying counts and labels; if something looks off, you take the
responsibility to flag it rather than assuming it's fine.
• Clear Communication: Coordinating in English with the management team to ensure the
warehouse stays organized and safe.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail; you are someone who follows instructions to the
letter.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required for safety and order accuracy.
