Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Position for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Jose, CA within an electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands how warehouse operations support production and can work accurately with components, inventory systems, cycle counting, and production documentation.

This position offers hands-on training while also requiring a solid foundation in warehouse-production flow, ESD practices, MES/MRP systems, and Excel. Candidates who enjoy working in a structured, team-focused environment with supportive leadership and opportunities to grow into a long-term role will be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily warehouse operations that directly connect with production needs and material flow.
- Identify, handle, and track electronic components accurately using inventory and production systems.
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Work with BOMs, spreadsheets, and system data to support production and warehouse reporting.
- Follow ESD procedures and maintain proper handling standards for sensitive electronic components.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation, communication, and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25 to $26 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: San Jose, CA 95112.
- Schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch.
- Training will be provided.
