About Us: At Boden Autohaus, we are a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive company that designs, builds, and installs high-quality performance modifications for vehicles of all makes and models. Alongside our in-house exhaust manufacturing, our installation and service department handles professional installs, fitment, and technical work on customer vehicles at our Orange County facility. We specialize in modifying high-end exotic vehicles including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, and others. Our team prides itself on integrity, professionalism, and excellence in service. We are currently seeking an organized and experienced Warehouse & Procurement Manager to join our team.


Job Description: As our Warehouse & Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping both our fabrication shop and our installation and service department running smoothly. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and components, managing inventory, and overseeing receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations. On the manufacturing side, you will make sure our fabricators have the right materials on hand and that every finished exhaust system leaves our building properly packed and on time. On the service side, you will work closely with our technicians to order, receive, and stage parts for scheduled customer installs, and keep track of parts tied to customer vehicles. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in purchasing and warehouse management, familiarity with automotive parts and service operations, excellent organizational and negotiation skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


•         Source, price, and purchase materials and components, including titanium and stainless steel tubing, bends, flanges, V-bands, valves, mufflers, hardware, and shop consumables.
•         Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
•         Create and manage purchase orders, track open orders, and follow up on late or incomplete deliveries.
•         Maintain accurate inventory levels; set reorder points and forecast material needs based on the production schedule and upcoming projects.
•         Oversee receiving: inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and resolve discrepancies and damaged goods with vendors.
•         Manage outbound shipping of finished exhaust systems and parts, including packaging, freight quotes, carrier selection, and tracking for domestic and international orders.
•         Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits; keep inventory records up to date in our systems.
•         Organize the warehouse layout and storage for efficient picking, packing, and material flow to the fabrication floor.
•         Communicate effectively with management and the fabrication team regarding material availability, lead times, and costs.
•         Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across purchasing and warehouse operations.
•         Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
•         Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
•         Coordinate with the installation and service team to order, receive, and stage all parts and hardware ahead of scheduled customer installs.
•         Track parts tied to customer vehicles and work orders, including OEM replacement parts, gaskets, sensors, and installation hardware.
•         Receive, tag, and securely store customer-supplied parts and components removed from customer vehicles (such as factory exhaust systems) so they are easy to locate and return.
•         Keep the service bays stocked with shop supplies and consumables for our technicians.
•         Support the tech team with warranty claims, returns, and exchanges with suppliers.


Requirements:


•         Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, inventory control, or warehouse management, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or fabrication.
•         Familiarity with metals and automotive components (titanium and stainless steel experience is a plus).
•         Experience with inventory management, ERP, or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Shopify, or similar) and strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
•         Experience with shipping carriers and freight (UPS, FedEx, LTL, and international shipping).
•         Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
•         Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•         Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
•         Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
•         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift certification is a plus.
•         Familiarity with automotive service operations and work orders; experience with European or exotic vehicle parts is a plus.


Compensation: $100,000– $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
