Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
• Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding purchasing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move items as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
