Shipping / Warehouse Clerk — 2nd Shift

Location: Dallas / Hiram, GA area
Pay: $18.25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Pay increase once hired permanently

CHASE Staffing is urgently seeking an experienced Shipping / Warehouse Clerk. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent shipping clerk experience, including creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) from scratch and using Microsoft Excel and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate Bills of Lading from scratch.

• Prepare and review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Use Excel and VLOOKUP to organize, locate, and verify shipping information.

• Enter and maintain accurate shipment records.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to support timely, accurate shipments.

• Identify and resolve shipping paperwork discrepancies.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent shipping clerk experience required.

• Hands-on experience creating BOLs from scratch required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, required.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM.

• Must meet background check requirements and pass a drug screen.

• Steel-toe footwear required.
