The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Warehouse Specialist III for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Waco, TX. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate:$24–$26/hr
Duration:6+ months (with possible extension/conversion to hire)
Job Description
Receive, verify, segregate, label, palletize, and store raw materials, shipping components, and miscellaneous warehouse materials.
Maintain inventory records and material locations in computerized inventory control systems.
Prepare and dispatch materials for production orders according to production schedules.
Process shipping documentation, inventory transactions, and returned materials.
Transport materials between buildings using a closed-box truck.
Perform physical inventory counts and handle obsolete, rejected, or expired materials.
Receive, inspect, and discharge solvent tanks in designated areas.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and warehouse safety procedures.
Work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills
5–7 years of warehouse operations or material handling experience, including receiving, storage, shipping, and dispatch.
Hands-on forklift operation and inspection experience (electric or manual).
Valid driver's license and forklift operating experience.
Experience with computerized inventory control systems, material tracking, and inventory transactions.
Knowledge of shipping procedures, basic inventory calculations, GMP, and warehouse safety regulations.
Ability to handle materials across multiple warehouse functions and changing operational priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or regulated warehouse environment.
Experience handling raw materials, production components, solvents, and expired or rejected materials.
Experience with physical inventory reconciliation and inter-building material transfers.
