Warehouse Specialist - Picker

If so, we invite you to join our Warehouse team at Inventory Sales Company, an EFC, International company, where you can excel in our Warehouse Specialist position. We are currently seeking a team member to join our office in Lenexa, Kansas.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately maintains inventory using EFC procedures & standards
• Communicates with supervisor/manager as needed
• Accurately fills orders
• Packages, labels, stacks, and wraps materials for safe shipping
• Follow appropriate shipping instructions
• Keeps warehouse areas organized, swept, clean, and hazard free
• Follow all EFC safety codes
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager
• Participate in all aspects of warehouse and equipment maintenance and organization

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Comfortable using standard office and warehouse equipment; familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to accuracy, organization, and safety.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift materials.
• Frequently lift and/or move items up to 40 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, count, and manage inventory.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and occasional noise.

• 8-hour shift
