Warehouse Supervisor

Regent Cabinets is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Aberdeen Maryland. 

We are looking for a dedicated motivated individual to join our team as a warehouse supervisor in Aberdeen, Maryland. The Warehouse Supervisor should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader on the shop floor with the warehouse team each and everyday. 

Regent Cabinets is a provider of custom cabinets, countertops and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry.  The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble and quartz countertops that are sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100+ unit segment of the multi-family market in the US. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics

• Supervise and direct warehouse staff. 

• Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products

• Maintain warehouse and machniery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times. 
• Confirm proper and timely delivery of products. 

Job Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Previous managment experience preferred

• knowledge of inventory and supply chain management

• Forklift certification and/or ability to complete training

• Excellent communicator
