Direct Hire. 30-35/hr.

• Coordinates Transportation: Ensures prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
  
• Manages Logistics: Oversees shipping, receiving (piece parts and repairs), packing, and inventory management.
  
• Maintains Records: Keeps departmental records for manufacturing ISO compliance.
  
• Monitors Inventory: Tracks inventory levels and orders supplies as needed.
  
• Assists Warehouse Manager: Provides staff support to the Warehouse Manager.
  
• Oversees Stock Availability: Monitors stock to reduce shortages.
  
• Identifies Improvements: Suggests solutions for process enhancements.
  
• Creates Documentation: Develops and maintains logistic process documentation.
  
• Liaises with Departments: Communicates with internal departments regarding stock management.
  
• Prepares Shipping Documents: Creates international shipping documentation as required.
  

Requirements

Requirements

·      Communicates Effectively: Interacts with warehouse workers, purchasing, and vendors.

• Understands Inventory Control: Has a basic understanding of inventory procedures.
  
• Possesses Keyboarding Skills: Is proficient in keyboarding.
  
• Is Organized: Works with minimal supervision and is highly organized.
  
• Performs Math Calculations: Can perform basic math calculations.
  
• Education/Experience: Requires a High School Diploma/equivalent, one year of supervisory experience, and two years of warehouse experience (or a combination of education and experience).
