Location: Chelsea, MA Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Day Shift – 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM start time until completion (typically 4:30 PM), Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
Position Overview
Wicked Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for a growing client in Chelsea, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding organization and become a key member of a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse supervisory experience, and the ability to work effectively in a cold, wet environment while supporting daily operations alongside the team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead warehouse personnel to ensure daily operational goals are met.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse activities.
Monitor employee productivity, attendance, safety, and performance.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
Operate a stand-up forklift as needed and maintain safe equipment operation standards.
Utilize inventory management systems to track inventory and warehouse activity.
Maintain accurate records using email, Excel, and other computer-based systems.
Work closely with production and management teams to ensure efficient workflow and product movement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food safety requirements when applicable.
Assist with hands-on warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
Experience operating a stand-up forklift required.
Strong computer skills, including:
Email communication
Microsoft Excel
Online inventory management systems
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in refrigerated, cold, and wet conditions.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including a stand-up forklift.
