Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse staff, and ensure efficient inventory, shipping, and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse personnel in daily operations
• Operate forklift and all warehouse equipment
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation
• Enforce company safety standards and warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with management

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
