Warehouse Supervisor (Beauty & Fragrance)

A growing fragrance and skincare company dedicated to creating high-quality beauty products. We are seeking a reliable, results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily execution across our fulfillment, inventory, and production workflows. Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping & Logistics

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer (D2C) and wholesale orders for skincare and fragrance products.

• Inbound Shipments: Receive, inspect, log, and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
• Carrier Coordination: Coordinate with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers to schedule pickups and track outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Inventory Control: Maintain organized stock levels and perform regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and prevent supply shortages.

2. Production Operations

• Schedule Execution: Ensure assembly and production workflows remain aligned with daily customer order requirements and output targets.
• Supply Tracking: Track component, packaging, and label inventory on the floor to prevent production bottlenecks.

3. Customer Support

• Order Support: Assist with customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, returns, and damaged items.

Issue Resolution: Process refunds, exchanges, and carrier claims efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or fulfillment experience (beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred but not required).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with WMS inventory software, shipping platforms (ShipStation), and carrier portals (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Inventory Management: Strong understanding of cycle counts, stock allocation, and shrinkage prevention.
• Communication & Support: Clear verbal and written communication skills for resolving customer issues and handling carrier claims.
• Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift to 50Ibs, operate warehouse equipment safely, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Forklift Experience: Hands-on experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and moving warehouse inventory.
• Bilingual Skills: Conversational or fluent Spanish required for effective communication across operational workflows
