About The Team

3PL Warehouse Supervisor - Bilingual Mandarin REQUIRED

Location: Old Bridge, NJ

Job Type: Full- Time

Responsibilities:**

* Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
* Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
* Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, performance, and staffing.

Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with relevant certification preferred.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
