Location: Norfolk, NE

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00/hr DOE

Job Summary: Aventure Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor in Norfolk, NE. You will also oversee daily cycle counts, monitor warehouse processes, and supervise the warehouse team.  Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to the warehouse crew, monitoring daily workload and reallocating duties as needed.
• Direct shipping processes to ensure all customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped to meet customer requirements and delivery expectations.
• Oversee product quality aspects related to inventory control, storage, packing, handling, and shipping.
• Manage daily cycle counting processes and generate required reports
• Train new and current employees on position duties, standard operating procedures, systems, and company policies.
• Oversee department coverage, employee scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the department.
• Step in to assist or perform backup duties in shipping, receiving, or other warehouse areas as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and running operational reports.
• Strong team management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to lead by example, enforce policies, and maintain a safe, efficient work area.
• Physical ability to move throughout the warehouse, lift materials as needed, and work on your feet during the shift.
