Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and a safe working environment. This is a working supervisor role requiring a balance of leadership and direct tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inbound and outbound 3PL operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Supervise, motivate, and cross-train a small team of warehouse associates.
• Optimize space utilization.
• Maintain rigorous inventory control and oversee regular cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean facility.
• Utilize and manage our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track shipments and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a small, collaborative team.
• Physical: Ability to operate forklifts/material handling equipment (certification preferred) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attributes: Highly organized, problem-solver, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-business setting.
