Our client is a dairy product manufacturer that is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse and distribution operations. This individual will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, safety compliance, and ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining GMP, SQF, and OSHA standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and employee engagement.
Must have previous experience within the food, beverage, and or pharmaceutical industry.
Must have at least 3 years of Manufacturing Warehouse Supervisory experience.
Must have working knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
Must have experience working in environments requiring compliance with OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards. (SQF)
