Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Associate | Hillman Flooring & Design | Sugar Hill, GA

Hillman Flooring & Design has served custom home builders and homeowners across North Georgia for 35 years. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team and keep our materials moving accurately and on time to job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and check in incoming flooring shipments (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and installation materials)
• Organize and maintain inventory so materials are easy to find and properly stored
• Pull, stage, and load materials for installation crews based on daily work orders
• Cut carpet and pad to size as needed
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with the operations team about shortages, damaged goods, or delivery issues
• Make deliveries to job sites, if needed. 

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish 
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or construction materials experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly and handle heavy boxed flooring & material 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license 
• Flooring industry experience is a plus

Schedule & Pay

• Full time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Full time salary based on experience
