Shifts Available:
- 2nd shift Monday to Thursday - 3:30pm to 2:15am with some Friday and Saturday requirements.
What you would be doing: This position will supervise the day to day operations of the Warehouse department, including administrative and clerical functions, to ensure efficient operations and safe working environment. Schedules and monitors the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing and order picking to meet and exceed company objectives. Communication in Spanish will be essential to the success of the individual in this position.

Day to day: to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not
be limited to:
- Enforce safety and quality regulations while following GMPs.
- Follow schedules, batch records and SOPs to facilitate the pulling and transferring of production work orders.
- Coordinate the activities of warehouse employees to see that both packaging and raw materials are safely kept and stored in adherence with company policies.
- Supervise production returns and ensure they are done correctly.
- Oversee the transporting of materials between buildings.
- Monitor and conduct inventory checks to guarantee accuracy of inventory.
- Inspect physical conditions of materials, warehouses and equipment.
- Remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials or packaging supplies.
- Conduct employee training on operating equipment, work procedures and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers.
- Confer with management to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.
- Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Collect samples of materials or products for Quality testing.
- Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
- Reports to work regularly and on time.
- Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
- Act as primary back up to Director of Logistics.
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Mathematical Skills – Accuracy with arithmetic and subtraction
- Language Skills – Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and hold general conversations in English
- A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, critical thinking, process control, and active listening.
- Demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, orientation to quality, problem sensitivity and information ordering skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Knowledge of food production processing, and general computer usage including Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands:
- Must occasionally lift 25 lbs. or move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.
- Regularly required to stand and walk.
- Specific sensing abilities required by this job include near vision and manual dexterity.
- Regular exposure to noise, and to airborne particles, including some allergens.
