ResponsibilitiesLead Safety•Make safety the first priority in daily planning, staffing, material movement, and warehouse decisions.•Model and enforce Goodfellow safety requirements, including forklift operation, load handling, personal protective equipment, housekeeping, and pedestrian safety.•Conduct daily safety discussions and correct unsafe conditions or behavior promptly.•Ensure employees receive required training and are authorized to operate assigned equipment.•Partner with the General Manager and Safety team on inspections, incident reporting, corrective actions, and emergency procedures. Research discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective action.•Ensure employees complete receiving, transfers, picks, returns, adjustments, and other system transactions accurately and on time.•Monitor damaged, missing, unidentified, excess, and obsolete material and escalate issues for resolution.•Maintain secure storage and access controls for inventory, tools, supplies, and high-value items.
