About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Support professional to assist with order picking, sorting, packing, and general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable with physical tasks and following safety protocols to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packing to prepare items for shipment following warehouse procedures
• Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse to maintain accurate stock levels
• Pack products securely, ensuring compliance with packaging standards
• Carry out general warehouse duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Operate warehouse tools and equipment safely as needed for sorting and packing
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed
• Support team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Maintain accurate records of items picked, packed, and sorted
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when handling items up to 30 lbs
• Adhere to warehouse safety and health standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse roles, including order picking and packing
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including sorting and general support tasks
• Reliable and able to work a night shift (graveyard schedule)
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse support positions

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Warehouse tools and equipment necessary for sorting and packing

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual handling tasks in a warehouse setting
