About This Position:

The Warehouse Support Manager handles cash collection for several facilities in an assigned route. Additionally, the manager assumes full Commissary Warehouse Manager responsibilities on an as-needed basis in different warehouse locations. This occurs during the short or long-term absence of the assigned Warehouse Manager. Also, the Warehouse Support Manager will conduct full facility Audits as assigned.

 

You will work onsite. You will report to the District Director.

 

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Understand Trinity Services Group's best business practices including policies.
• Work with Management to improve labor efficiencies at assigned Trinity locations.
• Assist the Trinity Services Group Management by:
  • Implement policies for credits, damaged product, out of date product and returns.
  • Provide follow up training, ongoing support and assistance to all on-site managers and staff.
  • Present information to analyze the profitability, costs and operational issues of prospective accounts.
  • Help with assigned aspects of inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders.
  • Weekly cash pick-ups from several facilities in a designated route.
  • Cash reconciliation.
  • Transport cash to the bank and making deposits.
  • Complete miscellaneous responsibilities/projects as assigned by Management.
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by overseeing security procedures and protocols.
  • Achieve financial goals by preparing an annual budget; schedule expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective action.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need:

• Can travel 100% of the time.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred; High school diploma/GED and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in a commissary or food service institutional environment.
• Previous experience with inventory distribution and control.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and email skills.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and creatively to improve customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of cash collection operations procedures, including reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially through telephone and in writing.
• Respond to all inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
