CHASE Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support associates, and keep receiving, inventory, and shipping operations running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and guide warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

• Support receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.

• Monitor inventory, assist with cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.

• Train employees on warehouse procedures, safe equipment use, and workplace expectations.

• Communicate attendance, performance, and operational concerns to management.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners as needed.

• Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized work area.

• Coordinate with other departments to keep orders moving and shipments on schedule.

• Recommend improvements to warehouse processes and workflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience. Manufacturing is highly preferred

• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

• Experience using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a busy warehouse.

• Forklift certification and additional relevant education or certifications are valued.

• Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements and Schedule

• Perform essential duties involving extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Work around moving equipment and in varying warehouse temperatures.

• Wear required personal protective equipment.

• Be available for overtime, weekend work, or schedule adjustments as needed. Exact shift hours will be confirmed.
