Job Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead oversees daily operations, guiding the warehouse team to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and efficient handling of materials for inventory and customer orders while enforcing compliance with core and program-specific processes.
The Team Lead collaborates with Order Management, Corporate Sourcing, Inventory Planning, Project/Program/Account Management, and Transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position manages tasks beyond standard shipments, focusing on shipment accuracy and overall quality control

Be trained to and operate forklifts for up to 6 hours a day
Skills and Abilities Required
Strong knowledge of standard warehouse procedures and inventory control systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word; experience with data retrieval and entry.
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
Experience using computer peripherals such as barcode scanners, printers, and label printers.
Work experience in ISO/TL 9000-certified operations.
Ability to work independently with demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with fractions and decimals.
