The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for varied daily tasks such as product putaway, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner. This is a full-time position (5 days/week) with shifts generally happening from 6am-2pm Monday - Friday, with some Saturday shifts as needed. Our Warehouse is located in Elkridge, MD. In this role you will:

• Ensuring all products are safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping to stores.

• Keeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.

• Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.

• Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.

• Cleaning of the warehouse (ex. sweeping floors, straightening shelves, cleaning the bathrooms).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and stand up for prolonged hours

• Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands

• Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines

• Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment

• Interest in company culture and desire to grow in the field

The starting rate/hiring range for this position is $16.50/hr. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications and competencies.
