
• Essential Functions Performed by the Position • The Warehouse Team Member performs physical handling of inventory as well as data entry, • labeling, and other computer-related tasks in the following areas: • Outbound: Picking, packing, shipping, staging, and loading trucks • Inbound: Truck-unloading, receiving, staging, and put-away • Inventory Control and Verifying: Cycle counting, returns, transfers and scrap processing. • Other warehouse tasks as directed by the Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager • Scopes: • Inventory Control • Monitors and maintains inventory levels. • Conducts daily cycle counts in accordance with company standards to ensure accurate • inventory levels. • Documents and records inventory data, utilizing relevant software and systems. • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of controlled inventory locations, ensuring a • neat and orderly workspace. • Collaborates with the warehouse lead and supervisor to ensure adherence to internal • inventory control standards. • Assists in resolving off-cycle inventory discrepancies by working closely with sales and • supply chain. • Participates in inventory audits and assist in identifying areas for process enhancement. • Drives and sustains improvements in site level inventory control processes. • Performs additional duties as assigned to support the overall inventory control function • and departmental goals. • Ensures the seamless flow of transactions (production, receiving, warehousing) through • ERP systems, collaborating with the team to enhance and rectify processes as needed. • Disclaimer • This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, • duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities and • activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. • Position Qualifications • Education: • High school diploma or GED. • Experience: • 2 years of warehouse experience. • Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Preferred Experience: • Forklift and pallet jack experience. • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience. • Minimum of 2 years working with an ERP system. • Certifications/Licenses: • Valid driver’s license. • Language Proficiency: • Fluent in English. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions, SOP documents and other • related guides to complete processes safely and accurately according to established • department metrics. • Must have basic math skills and be able to accurately calculate quantities, prices, etc. • with or without the assistance of a calculator. • Must be able to learn to use various software programs required for completing basic • daily tasks. • Must be able to troubleshoot issues using existing procedures and escalate • appropriately when necessary. • Must be team-oriented, willing to proactively assist others when needed, and willing to • seek opportunities for additional training as needed. • Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates, leadership, and members of • other departments. This includes scheduling, email, and calendar management. • Must be able to complete OpSec-provided certification in the operation of a • Forklift/Reach Truck. • Working Hours and Conditions • All prospective employees must pass a background screening check prior to • commencing employment. • Though the warehouse is climate-controlled, some tasks may require briefly working in • hot or frigid conditions for short periods such as loading and unloading trucks. • Some tasks may require working above ground level up to 20’ such as while using certain • equipment to pick orders. • Physical Characteristics and Demands • This role is sedentary in nature, you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for • extended periods of time. • Travel Requirements • None.
