Location: Alcoa, TN
Pay: $600 - $900 Weekly
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - Finish
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to support inbound freight operations in a distribution center environment. This is a physically active role responsible for safely unloading freight, organizing product, and helping ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
• Sort, stage, and palletize products for warehouse operations
• Move product throughout the facility as needed
• Assist with freight handling, repacking, and product organization
• Inspect freight for visible damage and report discrepancies
• Maintain productivity and safety standards throughout the shift
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, unloading, freight handling, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior warehouse equipment experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performance team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods
• Comfortable performing physical labor in a warehouse environment
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions throughout the workday
